It’s 100% free to use for Property Agents while Home sellers will only need to pay the agreed commission to Property Agents.

The total commission is made up of 2 parts – Flat fee and Incentive. Flat fee starts at a min. $1.5K while Incentive varies from 30-50% and it is to reward agents for selling your property above valuation.
